Our ticketing process
We are the Authorised Ticket Reseller for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games for Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
This means we are the only source of official Team GB tickets for PyeongChang 2018. We also help Team GB fans secure flights and accommodation linked to their attendance at the Games.
We have an expert travel team ready to discuss your needs and assist you with other services you may require, to help you make the most of your time in South Korea. Please call them on 020 8939 1591.
Applying for tickets online
Have a look at the competition schedule and decide which sports you would like to attend.
Select a date or series of dates when you would like to attend the Games.
You will be presented with a list of all the sessions for the sports you selected that are scheduled on those dates. You can then view the ticket details for each event you are interested in.
Once you have decided on the sessions you would like to attend and the type of ticket you want at each event, it is time to sign up for a Team GB Live account.
You then select the tickets you require from within your account.
It is important to note that demand for certain sessions may be high. For that reason, all tickets requested are subject to confirmation based on availability. Please contact us to discuss current availability advice on 020 8939 1591, or email@example.com
If you are part of the official Team GB ‘Nearest and Dearest’ programme, and are travelling to South Korea to support a friend or family member, you can add those details to your account and you will receive priority for the sessions in which they will be competing.
Once a request has been submitted it can’t be amended. However, you can add further requests to your account.
We will review your ticket request within 10 working days. Once completed, a status will be added to each of the individual sessions you have requested and you will see one of these messages:
- Confirmed – We are able to supply the tickets you have requested
- Confirmed Upgrade / or Downgrade – We are able to offer tickets for the session you have requested but in an alternative price category
- Application – We are requesting additional tickets from PyeongChang Organising Committee (POCOG) in order to try and fulfil your request outside of stock we currently hold
- Waitlist – We are unable to confirm your request at this stage but may secure tickets to do so in the run up to the Games. You can opt to leave the waitlist at any stage
- Unavailable – We are unable to fulfil your request
We will let you know via email when the ticket allocation process is complete. At that stage you should sign in to your account to review the status of each of your requests and make payment for your tickets.
It will still be possible to apply for tickets following the initial ticket allocation. We can accept requests for tickets up until the start of the Winter Games.
However, if demand is high there may be no tickets available for the sessions you choose, so it is advised that you apply now to give yourself the best possible chance of obtaining the tickets you want.
Accessible tickets for spectators requiring wheelchair access or with other accessible requirements are available on request from PyeongChang 2018. Please contact us on 020 8939 1591, or firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss any requirements.
